Monday, June 8, 2026: Over the weekend we had a team member do some personal investigating on her own using some resources she had a vailable to her and did identify a Jeremy McCann who had lived in both Texas and Arizona. Unfortunately, after also identifying a sister who of this particular Jeremy McCann, it was determined from the picture and other information that this was not the correct Jeremy McCann.

Also, it was determined that the domain name of Quantro Network . com wasn't established here in the US using godaddy or another domain name provider. This is what we know:

What Saint Kitts and Nevis tells us:

This is a deliberate choice. KN is a popular jurisdiction for anonymous shell companies — minimal disclosure requirements, no public registry.

Attempts are being made to see if we are able to get the names of those who purchased the domain namd and registered it.

This information was discovered by another QN member. We are still waiting to hear back from the PI to see what information he has uncovered.

Thursday, June 4, 2026: The purpose of this webpage is to provide updated QN information that doesn't have to be told over and over on personal phone calls or zooms.

Many have jumped to the conclusion those operating QN were doing so fraudulently with the intent to scam all participants which very well could be the case. However, through further research there is a group of us that believe there may be a different reason that has led to the circumstances that QN is in right now.

In fact, we have hired and ex-FBI agent as a private investigator to help us determine some realities in an effort to connect with the person making the decisions so we can help resolve the issues and everyone can receive not only pending withdrawals but future ones as well.

Here is what we know...

QN is a registered LLC and Jeremy McCann is the sole Member which is the only requirement for an LLC.

Though the date if the Department of Treasury notification was October 20, 2025 which represents the date this was sent, the business was organized and registered on September 30, 2025 as shown below in the Articles of Organization. You will also notice, the Physical Address is the address of the Registrar or registering agent which is the requirement when the business DOES NOT have a physical office in the state they registered in.

Perhaps, Jeremy decided to register in Phoenix because they DO NOT require any kind of verification regarding ownership...DL, SS number or other type of identification.

Another thing we know, QN was operating, including making website changes and paying out withdrawals everyday from Dec 2, which was the initial or soft/beta launch until May 3, without issues. On May 3rd an announcement was made that QN would be implementing the debit card interface that would require a more controlled flow of withdrawals. Getting a debit card implemented was something that was planned from the beginning as you learn on Jeremy's video below.

It was at this time that not only did withdrawals come to nearly a stop but communication from Jeremy was only through one email message sent on May 10th which very well may have been written by someone in admin and sent from Jeremy's email (jeremy@quantronetwork.com) and a short video.

On May 19th, Jeremy and his friend, Marcus Chen recorded the short video below addressing the issues that had been going on since May 3rd. Several things I wanted to point out in this video, Jeremy is reading from the screen and he also appears to be in a cabin from the background and the reflection in the mirror.

Needless to say, more and more members are becoming angry because nothing seems to be getting resolved and many are contacting government regulatory agencies.

As things seem to unravel with QN, I began to do more research to see if I could track the payout wallet used by QN from prior withdrawals I and others had received. This led to others doing research as well including a retired IT Manager on my team named Cindy. She dug deep into the crypto wallets and the claimed trading activity of QN. What was discovered was very fascinating and substantiated the claims of QN.

Through the help of various third party applications, including AI analysis, what QN has built is a very complete and sophisticated AI Trading Platform. It is not "fake."

Okay, so what does this all mean?

From this research and findings, we believe QN was created to be here for long term not to just go away after only a few weeks after it's official launch on April 16, 2026. We believe there is one person making the decisions who goes by the name or alias of Jeremy McCann.

Though having things now get to a point that we can't even login to our member area, there is a truth to what is happening and we are working to find answers.

With all of this information, on Monday, June 1st I hosted a short QN team zoom call to update everyone. At the end of the call I had a gentleman unmute himself and make a startling comment that I was nor anyone else on the call was aware of.

He said that he got involved with QN in January which is only a month or so after QN launched (Dec 2, 2025). Shortly after he got involved he had been invited to attend a special meeting with Jeremy McCann. He didin't sepcify whether the meeting was to be held in January or February but the meeting was cancelled because Jeremy was hospitalized.

This was unveriviable information about Jeremy but none the less, it was information that caused me to consider Jeremy's health as a very viable possibility why QN is in the circumstances it is in right now. I have been thinking more about this possibility since.

Here is why...

Watch this video from March 5th where they talk about Jeremy's health condition without going into specific details but the timeframe of his apparent hospitalization coincides with what the gentleman said on my zoom call.

After learning from the gentleman on my zoom call who said a meeting with Jeremy McCann had been canceled sometime in January or February due to Jeremy being hospitalized for mental issues. Re-watching this video gives greater cause to believe his current mental condition could very well be the reason for the circumstances QN is in right now.

Key takeaways from the video.

Jeremy refers to his "therapist", "cedar sinai" and according to Mike, Jeremy has been dealing with this condition for several months...Jeremy says, "the past month." Jeremy, refers to his health issues as "neurological". Jeremy also says something that may be easy to miss when he says, "all the yes's and no's have to go through me first." That definitely sounds like where we are right now.

Something I attributed in the past to the fact that Jeremy is more techy in regards to his poor social interaction and his inhabition to be on zoom calls, but if he is dealing with mental issues, that too can be a major cause as well.

We are very hopeful and this may be a glimmer of hope but we are holding onto that glimmer.
